about the technology

Experience the true power of innovation.

Years of research and development activities and numerous implementations allowed us to achieve a high level of specialization in innovative technologies concerning thermal processing of gases and industrial residue waste -  including hazardous materials. The provided technologies focus on waste-free processes, energy recuperation and recovering valuable materials.

We introduce businesses to a true closed circuit management.

The essence of the technology is a highly effective,non-contact instanteous heating of substances: gaseous (MOS), semi-liquid and solids (HR). The process is simultaneous for the whole volume of the processed material.

We are the only disposer of this patented technology.

MOS (Microwave Oxidation System) is an innovative technology developed for afterburning of waste gases that plays a key part in neutralizing harmful vapors and odor elimination. Thanks to the simple implementation process, the system is easily adapted in various industries.

HR (Horizontal Rotary) devices are flow-through thermal molecular disintegration/demorphing chambers that efficiently neutralize harmful compounds via a concentrated microwave field. Thanks to the highly adjustable key parameters (temperature, volume and quality of the provided atmosphere) this technology can be suited to the individual needs of the recepients.

MOS System – vapor and odor disintegration

An easily implemented MOS module is responsible for the autocatalytic, thermal and dry cleansing of waste gases from industrial processes. It’s a patented invention involving a wide array of devices for „filtering/afterburning” pollutants from gases. It disintegrates gases and odors from various sources, including the HR system we offer. MOS filters can easily service difficult gases, like petrochemical fumes and other gases, otherwise problematic in conventional filetring processes.

  • Easy to implement
    Requires no additional permits.
  • Available in many variants
Possible to adapt the system to a given level of fume emission.
  • Mobile
The devices can be transported to a location with harmful/toxic fumes present.
  • „Zero” CO2 emission
No additional fuel required, stoichiometic emission from the base material.

HR System – waste disintegration/demorphing

The essence of this technology is a thermal process that takes place in a slowly rotating ceramic barrel while the entirety of the material is being equally heated via concentrated electromagnetic wave energy. The waste breakdown processes in the devices are fully safe and controlled. The devices are equipped with measuring and control systems that employ temperature and pressure monitoring systems. As a result the processing line automatically maintains the process parameters input by the operator for a given type of waste. Both the device and its components are fully automated and manufactured according to the EU OHS directives.

  • Minimization of waste generation
Post-process product (reduced mass and volume).
  • No odor emission
All odor substances undergo oxidation in the MOS segment.
  • „Zero” CO2 emission
No additional fuel required, stoichiometic emission from the base material.

Enviromental threats concerning industrial odor emission

Industrial odor emission is a serious threat to the enviroment and a health hazard, especially in heavily industrialized areas. Volatile substances emitted by the chemical, agricultural or food industries may lead to air pollution which causes severe headaches, respiratory difficulties and irritation to the respiratory system.

The odor utilization process, however, is an expensive and complicated one. It requires implementing advanced technologies, like bio-filters, thermal combustion or special filtration systems. The complexity of odor compounds and their resistance to standard neutralization methods pose a great challenge that the industry has to tackle in order to succesfully protect the enviroment.

Fortunately, our MOS technology is more than sufficient to solve this problem in an enviroment-friendly way.

our history

Learn our history.

Let us take you on a short trip in time. Learn the story of what started our unique technology.

The year is 1999. The European Union issues a directive regarding waste management. In this exact time a thought is born in Robert Barczyk's head, that guides us until today:

„Basind on Occam's razor, we need to be where waste is being generated instead of transporting them across the country”

In 2005 Robert Barczyk and Ryszard Parosa develop a technology based on an innovative use of microwaves in waste management. After many tests they find the perfect solution and decide to patent their invention in 2006.

Two years later construction of the first technology line starts, fully funded by Robert Barczyk. The company goes public the same year.

In 2010, the first US process line tests begin. And thus begins our journey around the world. A couple of years later a MOS system arrives in Riga. Since 2012 we've been providing service to Total Energy and Maskpol. We're conducting further tests in Brody.

In 2023 Piotr Barczyk continues his Father's work, starting B.Construction.

Mica

A natural material, mainly obtained from igneous rocks found all around the world. It's mainly used in the cosmetics industry to make: powders, eye shadows, blushes, toothpastes, eyebrow pencils,  skin balms, or even lipsticks and glosses. Mica is a perfectly studied material and its purification in our device removes any and all biological contaminants from it. The raw material, after processing, becomes a valuable resource.

about the technology

Innovation is about cooperation.

Together with Microfood S.A. We create the unique brand – Puffins. We are the only creator, operator and service technicians for a machine park that specializes in drying fruit, vegetables and cheese with vacuum technology.

understand the process

How does it work?

We employ the patented MIVAC-3 device in our drying process. Thanks to the usage of vacuum, the moisture inside the fruit and vegetables evaporates in a much shorter time and a lower temperature, compraing to traditional drying methods. It allows to maintain the oryginal nutritional value, shape, taste and the aroma of the produce.

The process is called puffing.
